I have worked in the furniture rental industry for just over a decade and even now when someone asks what I do, they always reply with ‘who rents furniture?’ - Probably everyone at some time or another.  The dictionary defines the term ‘furniture rental’ as ‘the process of leasing furniture for a specified and temporary period of time’.

Can I choose any items? As long as the items you’re looking for are live on our website, add anything you desire to your cart.

How will I know if something is out of stock? You’ll know immediately. Our system checks our depots and will not allow you to check out if a product you have selected is out of stock for your specified dates. We wouldn’t want to let you down – so we inform you, right from the outset.

How does payment work? You’ll know the full price of your order before you checkout. We accept several forms of payment including Visa, PayPal and Klarna to name just a few.

Can I pay monthly? Only if you have chosen long-term furniture rental. We class ‘long-term’ as a rental period more than 4 weeks.

What if my rental dates change? Not a problem. Flexibility is all part of the furniture rental model. As long as our schedule allows, we can collect furniture early (we are unable to refund for shorter rental periods however) or simply give us a call if you’d like to extend your rental and keep the products for even longer.

How does delivery and collection work? During your journey on our website, you’ll be able to choose the exact day you require the furniture to arrive and the exact day you’d like it collected. We work 7 days a week to allow us to accommodate ALL our clients.

Do you help set up the furniture? Yes – absolutely. Simply add this as an extra online or just let our sales team know. There is a small charge attached to set up and de-rig – but you’ll always know the costs up front.
