In 2020 we all received the devastating news about our global pandemic which meant for many, staying at home. Despite annual events getting postponed, lots of events still took place virtually. Alexandra Palace created a youtube video from their firework display in 2019 which allowed families at home to still enjoy an event they’d usually have gone to, despite physically not being able to go. 

However, 2021 has brought lots of positivity to the events world. Big venues (indoor and out) have reopened their doors, larger groups of people can mingle, there is finally some normality again.

1. Lewes, East Sussex,5th November - The night health and safety rules go out the window!  This is not an event for young children unfortunately. Expect fire, explosions, booze and enormous crowds. 

2. Alexandra Palace, London, 2nd & 3rd November - This is a very family orientated event, It actually has a “family zone” area which will include a funfair, food and drinks stands. Also expect a German Bier Festival, laser shows and ice skating with an amazing backdrop of the London skyline. Obviously being located in London, tens of thousands of people are expected to attend the event.

3. Rocket Firework Train, Denbighshire, 3rd November - Located in rural Wales, This is a very unique Guy Fawkes experience on board a train. The evening journey departs from Llangollen beside the River Dee before stopping off at Glyndyfrdwy Station for an incredible firework display.
